Chocolate PB & Banana Smoothie
I made this a couple days ago and almost felt guilty drinking it! It’s very rich, filling and great if you’re craving something sweet.
Ingredients
8 oz fat-free milk or soy milk
1 very ripe banana
1 TBS natural peanut butter
1 serving chocolate protein powder (according to the directions of your brand)
