Beware of Hidden Sugar in Food by JenniferM

Recently, I decided to ban sugar from my diet.  I knew I would have to really start paying attention to food labels if I wanted to make sure that the only source of sugar I get is from fruit.  On a recent shopping trip, I was surprised to find sugar in a lot of products that I never realized had sugar in them.  For example, Ranch dressing.  I love Ranch dressing!  So if you decide to ditch all forms of sugar except the sugar found in fruit, play close attention to food labels so you know which foods to stay away from.
