Next to strawberries, bananas are one of my favorite fruits and I typically eat at least one banana a day. Packed with vitamins and nutrients, bananas are a great source of Vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin C, manganese, and fiber. This Banana Oat Smoothie packs a powerful protein punch with 14.7 grams of protein per serving. Enjoy!

Ummm… that oat smoothie looks delicious. I’ve been drinking green smooties and this certainly looks good. I’ll have to switch it up. Great blog.
We are fairly new to eating clean and I made this today for my lunch. It was scary good!! Thanks!
Scary good…LOL! Glad you liked it, Juanita!
I just made this, a little nervous to use the blender, just because i never used it really before. I put 1 cup of almond milk instead of fat free milk, and a cup of ice. Yum! The plain yogurt packs alot of protein, very good.
YOU FORGOT THE BANANA IN the recipe, I guess just throw one in!
Just kidding, but I think more than one is better and a little water the thin this out! cheers,
