I like to experiment with smoothies because I can basically throw anything in them and they turn out tasting great! For this breakfast smoothie I made this morning, I used fresh strawberries, but you can always use frozen if that’s what you have on hand. I would suggest letting them thaw out first, but it’s not necessary. Also, I use chocolate soy protein powder, but you can use a whey powder if you choose.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. soy milk
- 4 large fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbs. ground flaxseed
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender. Add ice if you want a thicker smoothie.
