I’m on an orange kick this week. Although I like oranges, I don’t eat them that often, but every once in a while, something strange happens. I go on this “orange bender” where I will eat an orange (or two) every day for a week or so. So this is one of those weeks and I decided to try to find different ways of getting in my daily orange. This Orange Creamsicle Smoothie totally hits the spot! The taste really does remind me of a Creamsicle and the best part is it’s loaded with nutrients! This recipe makes 2 servings and for those of you watching your calories, this smoothie contains only 250 calories per serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 c. milk (your choice of milk)
- 2 oranges, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. grated coconut (lightly packed)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 6 to 8 ice cubs
Directions:
Starting with the milk, place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until desired smoothness. Pour and serve immediately.
