Herb Grilled Shrimp & Scallops
Ingredients
- 1 pound medium, uncooked shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1 pound sea scallops
- 2 teaspoons Wildtree Herb Grilling Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
- 1/2 cup dry white vermouth
Directions
Mix Herb Grilling Marinade with Natural Grapeseed Oil & vermouth in a medium sized bowl. Add shrimp & scallops and marinate for no longer than 15 minutes. Arrange shrimp & scallops on skewers and grill. Serve with brown rice or whole wheat couscous and salad.
You could add some veggie wedges in between the shrimp & scallops, too!
