		<description>Hi, your food choices are good and you obviously provide good support on this site for clean eating.  However, cardinal sin of clean eating is missing a meal! Always have your meal even if your not hungry :) It keeps your metabolism fueled and prevents over eating at the next meal time. I am sure you already knew that but thought it was important for any of your other readers who are new to clean eating to understand that!  Good luck with your site :)</description>

No, I didn&#039;t keep track of the calories to include because everybody&#039;s calorie needs are different and how much you eat at each meal will be dependent on what your specific calorie needs are.

There are lots of free online food journals you can use to keep track of your caloric intake.  I like Fitday.com, but there&#039;s also Sparkpeople.com if you like their format better.
