Daily Clean Eating Menu: Wednesday, May 20

It’s been a while!  I totally forgot about doing this, and so I think it’s been 3 weeks since I last posted my daily menu.  I’ve just got too much on my plate (no pun intended!) and unless I write myself a note, I can’t remember to post my menus.  Yesterday was a hectic day and I was gone for a good part of the day because of an appointment and running errands, so I know I didn’t eat enough.  Since that doesn’t happen too often, I’m not concerned.  This is what I ate:

8:30 a.m. – Protein meal shake and half a large banana

1:30 p.m. – Chicken breast and cheese roll-up

4:30 p.m. – 4 oz. of steak, steamed vegetables, and fresh strawberries

7:30 p.m. – Protein shake made with just protein powder and low-fat milk

Not a lot, but I’ve already got a headstart on making up for it today.
